Hints for Navigating Web-Based Training Screens

Information for Macintosh users:

The course is supported under Netscape on OS9 - OSX.  The courseware is also supported for Internet Explorer under Mac OS9 (or under OS9 Emulation Mode). If you are running a newer MAC operating system, this course is supported under FireFox (all versions).

Internet Explorer on Mac OS X is not supported due to frequent browser errors and crashes. Learners may experience a loss of courseware credit under Internet Explorer on Mac OS X and are advised not to use this OS/Browser combination with the courseware.

If you are running the course under Mac OSX, we recommend that you Launch Internet Explorer under OS9 Emulation or use the Netscape or FireFox browser. 

Please note that only the Text-and-Graphics mode is supported for Netscape under OSX.  You can download a supported OS9 compatible version of Netscape which will support multimedia from http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/download/archive.jsp

Lastly, Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 and above no longer supports the MAC operating system. Please follow the on-line prompts that will allow you to bypass the Adobe Acrobat check and let you open any documents through the MAC viewer.
