DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS
Our patients leave the hospital with an in-depth knowledge of how to recognize signs and symptoms of potential difficulties, and with contact numbers in case questions arise.

POSTOPERATIVE ASSESSMENT TELEPHONE CONFERENCE
Our RNs telephone each patient the day after surgery to make sure that everything is going well and to answer questions the patient might have about the procedure or recovery. If additional postoperative information is required please contact the Day Surgery Center Nursing staff at 212-263-7213.
