Donations in Action

This section of our site focuses on recognizing the generosity of our friends who have made gifts to NYU Langone Medical Center.

All donors (with the exception of those marked as "anonymous") to NYU Langone Medical Center are acknowledged in our annual Donor Report and receive timely acknowledgements which may be used for tax purposes. Depending on the form and level of a commitment and to where it is allocated, there are a variety of ways in which one may be recognized for making a gift to NYU Langone Medical Center.

One of the primary vehicles for publically acknowledging significant gifts is the semi-annual newsletter, Commitments, which is distributed to approximately 12,000 of the Medical Center's friends and donors.

Additionally, the Office of Development offers Naming Opportunities at various levels for facilities, programs, centers, institutes, professorships, fellowships, and scholarship funds.
