CPR Training

Healthcare Provider Course:

The 2-day Healthcare Provider Course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (including ventilation with barrier device, bag-mask device and oxygen), use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign body airway obstruction. It is intended for participants who provide healthcare to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital. For certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals. Requirements: None

Healthcare Provider Recertification:

The 4-hour Healthcare Provider Recertification Course reviews all material from the Health Care Provider Course. Requirements: Valid Health Care Provider Card

Heartsaver Automated External Defibrillator (AED):

The 4-hour Heartsaver AED Course teaches the basic techniques of adult CPR and use of an AED. Students also learn about using barrier devices in CPR and giving first aid for choking. The course teaches how to recognize the four signs of major emergencies, heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, and foreign-body airway obstruction. Requirements: None

Heartsaver for Infants and Children with First Aid and Child Safety:

The 4-hour Heartsaver for Infants and Children Course teaches CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction for infants (birth to one year) and children (one to eight years of age). First aid and child safety topics will include allergic reactions, animal and insect bites, fever, fractures and sprains, eye injuries, head injuries, immunization, poisons and prevention, respiratory problems, seizures soft tissue injuries, and satety tips. Requirements: None
