Our interdisciplinary team is comprised of highly trained staff specializing in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation. This interdisciplinary team includes physiatrists, psychologists, pain management specialists, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, social workers and dieticians.
Lead by the physiatrist, our full-time professional interdisciplinary team will identify the patient’s individual impairments and limitations. Through a collaborative effort with the patient and their loved ones, the team will customize a therapeutic plan of care and rehabilitation goals. We are focused on achieving the patient’s highest level of independent function, thus improving quality of life, and returning the patient to an active and productive lifestyle. Each patient receives carefully monitored attention from the members of the team, who provide ongoing education and training with the primary purpose of goal achievement.
