The Employee Relations department's goal is to facilitate and maintain a positive and respectful working environment that supports Medical Center priorities as well as staff satisfaction.
The Employee Relations team assists employees and departments with dispute resolution,
the grievance procedure, contract interpretation, collective bargaining, the
application of policies and procedures, and improvement of the working environment
in general. The team also provides related training programs for the Medical
Center's Administrators, Managers and Supervisors such as Sexual Harassment Prevention,
Americans with Disabilities Act, and FMLA Compliance.
