Tisch Hospital

At NYU's Tisch Hospital, patients with pulmonary diseases are admitted by referring pulmonologists who also serve as teaching staff. Clinical services provided by the division at Tisch include:

• a Medical Intensive Care Unit directed by Dr. Mark Sloane and a Critical Care section led by Dr. David Schwartz


• a Pulmonary Function Laboratory


• invasive pulmonary procedures performed by division faculty


• interventional procedures performed by Dr. Timothy Harkin and Dr. Doreen Addrizzo-Harris
