PGY-1 Resident Rotations
The first year of training emphasizes a broad-based background in general medical problems and introduces the housestaff to obstetrics and gynecology.
PGY-2 Resident Rotations
The second year gynecology rotations provide the resident with a variety of surgical experiences, including an introduction to the subspecialties of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Ultrasound.
PGY-3 Resident Rotations
The third year allows residents to hone the skills learned during the first two years and gain increasingly greater responsibilities in patient management under direct faculty supervision.
PGY-4 Resident Rotations
During the chief year, residents run their individual services and have a greater teaching responsibility toward their junior residents and the medical students.
