The Occupational Therapy Department
is well known for its diverse programs provided to patients undergoing comprehensive
rehabilitation. The aim of these programs is to increase an individual's
functional skills to allow for as independent and productive lifestyle as
possible. Treatment programs also include education for the patient's family.
Several unique programs exist through our well-trained staff of occupational therapists. They include:
- Assistive Technology (MD Order/Referral Form)
- Barrier Free Design Service
- General Adult Occupational Therapy (MD Order/Referral Form)
- Hand Therapy Unit
- Horticultural Therapy Program
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy
