The supervising faculty evaluates the Transplant fellows with respect to their surgical skills and their overall ability to run the clinical Transplant service and will discuss their performance with them on a regular basis.

All Transplant faculty members are dedicated to teaching and making the Transplant fellowship a rewarding and educational experience.
